Copia in perfette condizioni -- No Bibliography of Gastronomy has so far been published in any language comparable to Vicaire's Bibliographie Gastronomique (1890). Vicaire describes with commendable accuracy a great number of books of Gastronomic interest, a few of which were in his small collection, most of the other being quoted from the Catalogues of private and public libraries.
